Got the car back today :)

had basicly a service with the focus being fueling. Completely drained the fuel tank which revealed the diesel was black black and almost lumpy!

The garage recon something was put into the fuel tank...

Drives fine now and feels nice :)

the vast oil loss is down to split turbo seal since there is oil in the boost pipe towards smic.

Turbo will be replaced just after Xmas.

:) let's hope it's upwards from here :D

YAY :D i am happy for you haha, genuinly! this thread kept me entertained in the snow last week.

So its all fixed and the turbo hadnt died?

Have you had the new steering rack put aswell? Also craig i got a message from CR turbos saying yes they do uprate them to the same power as a pd150, are you gunna do a pd150 or 130? cos if you are doing it january time do u wanna see if we can get some kinda group discount if we send ours in together? Even say £50 off would be good, i was quoted 400£ approx to hybrid a pd130 turbo

Glad you're making progress Craig!

Im glad my troubles kept you entertained haha!

Thanks for the help.

And yeah seems okay now.

Turbo seal is still believably gone since im using loads of oil. Will keep a check again though to see if these things have magicly fixed it!

The steering rack is done and it certainly feels wierd being so light :) To get the rack supplied and fitted it cost about £320... as apposed to JKM's £700!

The turbo is still in the plans but not untill new year when funds should exsist

Am deciding on getting my 130 hybridded and left till later. Or going with unit 18's supply fit and remap option.

Choices choices!

Any money off is a big  to me though :D
