I need to obtain a new bumper. I'd removed it before to repair minor damage, but this time it's had it!

Will a vRS front bumper fit the standard car?

Do the standard wheel arch liners fit to the vRS bumper the same or are they different?

On the underside of the existing bumper there are two flat black plastic parts (forwards of the front wheels) that clip into slots on the lip of the bumper. Are these the same on the vRS?

On the vRS bumper, the two side grilles have a colour-coded bar across, is this part of the grille fitting or a separate part that requires painting to match that of the car colour?

I know the 3 grilles across the front of the vRS bumper are different, but any help with the above would be very gratefully received.

the vrs bumper will fit no mods to liners etc! your original bumper grilles wont fit as there different on the vrs

the bar on the grilles you mentioned does seperate (to be sprayed) if you cant get one in the same colour as your car, the plastic under tray should also be the same (i think diesels are different? i maybe wrong) although the vrs bumper is slightly lower.

Hi - The VRS bumper will fit the Elegance and does fit the same wheel arch liners. The underside black plastic parts, unfortunately I cant tell you as I didnt have those fitted, but the bumper is lower so becareful with speed bumps!

i hate the vrs bumper because that is even easier to damage.maybe its an idea to sell the vrs bumper and buy a normal one for your elegance.if it is diamond silver id be interested.

The main (large) plastic undertray slips into the metal work under the rad, so should be fine The side pieces just slot into the bumper so as long the vRS bumper has the appropriate slots it should be fine.
