I'm gonna need to change oil soon. How easy is it on a 1.9Diesel?

Anyone gimme some tips or warnings. I haven't got a manual... ANyone know where i can buy oil and filter on line?

Haynes do a manual and any motor factor should be able to get you a filter if Halfords or similar don't stock one. If you really need to buy oil online, you could try Opie Oils site here.

If its a PD engine you need a special PD oil.

No the engine is NOT a PD.

The oil filter is quite a big one and is really only for the vw group sdi engines.

Quite expensive from the dealer approx

Your not wrong its huge (also used on Passat/80/A4 etc TDi engines)

Might be a bit awkward on you back on a driveway, sometimes the screws holding the metal undertray on can be a little hard to get out if they are rusted in.
