Just used this very useful post / topic  to solve my folding mirror issue , first time ever I have opened all windows on key fob this weekend so knew it had to be related to that , never realised you had to close them all on key fob also though , thanks to all , gotta love a problem solving topic  now mirrors fold back in again .

Hi, I'm new to this site. I would like to say thank you to you all. I Googled this problem and stumbled on this site. The all windows down with the switches and up again solution worked for me. This problem has driven me nuts for days!! Was fine until it went in for its first new clutch at 234,000 miles !!!  It was my father in laws  car before I got it (he got it new) so I know this to be correct. I love the car . Had it 2 yrs now. Anyway I'm waffling. THANK YOU GUYS.

Hi there. 

Mirrors stopped folding with the key lock last week. Mechanic had the car the day before for a service and I thought he must've "moved something". 

 

They still worked with the knob manually, but not with the key lock. 

 

Thankfully I checked this forum and almost a decade after Miljan shared his research..... His workaround Did the trick.

Old topic but my folding mirrors stopped working today but was linked to drivers window needing limits reset. One done both convenience open/close and mirror folding work again 👍👍
