I am collecting my Superb tomorrow afternoon & leaving behind my Discovery 3 4.4l HSE .

A big change that I hope will meet all my expectations.

Have had an Octavia several years ago but as I now tow a tintent something heavier was required.

Found the forum yesterday & as a result have asked the dealer two questions, no reply so far, date of manufacture &

the version of the sat nav system.

Will post my findings later.

CC tow car of the year does it hold up in the real world?

Update, collected my Superb 5.15pm to-day, driven 10miles to home, feels good.

Two points the satnav is V6.1, so I have asked for V7, they will telephone me tomorrow!

Asked about the build date & was told they thought it was August last as the car was delivered to them in September.

How can I confirm this or is it back to the dealer & say I want a definite build date.
