to be honest i really screwed the price down but still expected vrs mats.

where can i buy some vrs mats from ??

just been on the skoda parts website without success.

There's a guy one eBay selling genuine VRS mats, he's a Skoda dealer. They're £35. I've bought some, I'll let you know what they're like when they arrive.

Hi there got mine from eBay and very pleased, not originals but the fit is excellent and quality is good especially for £30.00 . For this sort of money you could by 4 sets for the price of skoda originals.

TBH... having owned a pre-FL before I cant see any reason why they would not fit? I think there is a slight difference in the 'vRS' badge design for the FL, so maybe that is why they do not advertise them for the FL?

I have just sold a Golf Mk 5 with good rubber mats with a lip around them. Kept the mats and they fit my 56 Vrs Octy perfect! Unless you want Vrs mats then look elsewhere for good deals (and good quality) mats.

Not been on here much Nigel, what with 72 hour weeks and working all Christmas , I have these, I also have a link for screw fixings, as previously stated the VRS logo typeface is different , that is the only reason they are not advertised. I am now off till Sunday :dance:so if you want to meet up to show off your motor?

VAG group had oval fasteners with a twist lock on earlier models, most now seem to be the click in stud type, so this could be the difference on 2009 onwards?

You can buy the round click in fasteners on ebay and then pop the old fasteners off the mats with a screwdriver - I did this as we got some from VW for my missus 06 golf but the fasteners were the 'other' type.
