I am the proud owner of a new Octavia1.9 TDI elegance Hatch, the 4th Skoda I have owned. I want to activate the daylight running lights which i can see are fitted into the front fogs - any ideas. I have read a few threads and it looks like it may have to be done by the dealer using the VCDS which i assume is some sort of plug in diagnostics computer, perhaps someone can confirm ??
