Front windscreen wipers have died........

Featured Replies

Hi, anybody ideas what could be up with my wipers? (04 fabia vrs)

The front wipers seem to have died, they are dead in both intermittent, and full on wiping mode...... Pulling the the stork towards me to activate the front screen wash is for some reason activating the rear wiper instead! :wonder:

Whilst trying the stork over and over again, in hope thast they'd spring back to life! the front wipers did swipe across the screen just once, but i haven't been able to get it to repeat this since.......

Anybody had anything similar? Bloody nuisance that everywhere is closed so i can't get it checked out right away......

Any help much appreciated.

Steve

edit...... i have just spotted the wipers not working sticky! so i'll go give that a quick read, though i'm doubting it's the fuse just from the fact the stork seems confused as to which wipers are meant to be operated by which command....

2nd edit....... looks like it could well be the fuse after reading the sticky! pays to keep your eyes open and look at the sticky's doesn't it !!!

nothing to see here, move along............
