just a quick spped read so appoliges if already said. The scout has a 2.0 8v tdi, from what I remember the turbo and injectors where the same as those off the 1.9 tdi. As a result should you want power? ditch the dpf fit a 150 1.9 hybrid turbo, custom down pipe along with some nice 130/150 injectors and you'd have a speed machine.

And a better clutch, the std one wont like the extra torque. The latest Scout runs pidly 110 injectors to be kind to the DPF. Ditch the DPF & a remap works quite well, fit a hybrid Turbo + bigger injectors as you have said will see nicely over 200 bhp.
