I know what you mean about the dials being lit up with the lights off as mine does that.

Auto Lights i believe are a bad idea - loads of people running around in the Snow and Fog with No lights on...

... agree this wouldn't be helped with the permanently illuminated speedo etc. - altho this is of course just a bad driver to blame, and not the car!

Humongous alloy wheels, i like, yet hate in the North-East's road's... they dont help in the snow either, but, the 4x4 and winter tyres i use do

I agree with most all of the above.

One thing I think is a terrible retro-grade step in my Yeti is the heated mirror switch that has no timer! Doh. On my Audi it worked with the rear window demister and switched itself off once done. Not anymore. Grrr.

But at least I still have a standard flip key. I really can't see the point of all these fobs and what not you have to put in a slot and THEN press a button to start. Daft.

Fan spray screen jets. The buggers block too easily.
