Changing Seats

Featured Replies

Hi Folks

Has anybody out there fitted aftermarket or non oe seats to a Fabia Vrs .

Im thinking of changing the seats as i cant get comfartable when driving as my last car wash an octy vrs and those seats were superb.

Any help opinions pics would be appreciated.

Ibiza and Polo seats (front at least) should be a straight fit if you get the ones based on the Fabia chassis. Polo GTi seats;

Most things should be doable, but will likely need subframes making up.

Wish VAG fitted lumbar support to lower end cars, and not just Audis and higher end VW's. Even my old Punto had it, made such a difference.

Loving the old school tartan on those polo seats!

They are great seats

Yep, Polo GTi seats would be a great idea and give a fair bit more bolster support.

Other VAG stuff can be made to fit, or obviously you've got good aftermarket options from Recarro and the like - if you have the funds :)

Audi TT Mk1 seats have also been made to fit, think it was just the subframe that needed work. And IIRC, Jason has Mk5 Golf GTi seats in his? Might be a tight fit those though, as the Golf is a fair bit wider than the Fab, so it stands to reason that the seats will be wider too.
