iPod & headunit dilemma - standard or after market?

Featured Replies

Just so you all know, the Connects2 does not charge iPhones or iPod Touch units. You need an extra piece of hardware to charge these ipods.

I have a Connects2 in my vRS SE using an iPod Classic and it works a treat. Playlist function is hit and miss but apart from that easy enought to use.

is there a cable that will charge them other than utilising the cigarette lighter?

To charge a later iPod or iPhone you need one of these. it does actually show a link to it if you follow the link in the 1st post. Click on "Related Products" on the right hand side.
