Modified mk1 Vrs Octavia

Modified Mk1 Octavia Vrs 2001

I am selling my Vrs, and my initial thoughts were to break the car to get some of my money back, as a LOT of time and effort has been spent getting this car to handle properly. I will however offer it for sale first but please no silly offers, I know what the car is worth, and will break it for parts.

If you want a car to literally drop a big turbo into, this is the one as everything else basically has been done.

Car has had full service history with 93k, and mechanically has been well looked after (i am a little ocd and everything has been systematically uprated as required/needed with quality parts), it has around 8/9mnths mot.

Frankly this car is a different beast to a stock Vrs, the difference is like night and day!

KW variant 2 adjustable dampening coilovers

R32 23mm front anti roll bar

R32 subframe and strut braces (upper and lower)

R32 quickrack

R32 cast wishbones, with cupra r and whitleline castor adjustment bushes (these make a massive difference.

Full polybushed front end

Autotech 28mm rear arb

Brembo four pot GT calipers with ferodo DS2500 pads, these are not cheap ebay brembos that are not matched to the cars master cylinder, they work and they work well!

15mm hubcentric machined spacers (widetrack front end)

Full B&M style quickshift with custom gearknob

Full polybushed dogmount (including front mount)

18” Matt black Leon Cupra R style alloys with good toyo t1r tyres

Uprated side mount intercooler (custom design) with vented inner wing

Forge divertor valve

Silicone uprated boost pipes

Uprated silicone y pipe

Impossible performance remap

S3 Recaro full leather electric interior

Matching leather door cards

Full black carpet conversion

Carbon wrapped trim, over any of the standard carbon look plastic (massive improvement)

Full audio wiring install including amp wiring and rca leads

Cruise control

Rear parking sensors

Retrofit HID xenon lighting (a good kit without glare)

Full black carpet conversion

Toad Ai606 full thatcham cat alarm

Fully delocked drivers side door handle including central locking fuse relocation

Bee sting short Ariel

Dechromed front grill painted black

Debadged with carbon vrs badges

Leon cupra r splitter

I am sure there is more I have forgotten, the car has taken a lot of time to get to this way, and several Briskoda forum members who know me know how much work I have done and how well this car now handles.

There are a few minor marks here and there from general wear and tear (as per vehicles age) lower sill needs repainting which i can arrange.

Any questions please ask

2500 will buy you a vrs, but not with this spec....it would take you a LOT of time effort and money to get a car to this level, worth the extra in my opinion, i wouldnt do it again either as its just too much effort as i did pretty much all the work myself.

Believe me this is no ordinary vrs B)

i no mate spent lots of money on cars over the years

kent buddy

I should probably buy this off you as it would save me a fortune in the long run, unfortunatly I want to carry on with mine but if you decide to break it I would have a few things off you mate.

Someone should really snap this up as there is a lot of time, effort and money gone into this car.

thanks for the comments, you are right, time alone means this car owes me a fortune, but its value can only really be based on the part i guess, modding cars is a labour of love, thats for sure!
