All other forums I'm a member on have stands at various car shows throughout the show season. Why doesn't brisky? I'd love to do some shows with brisky.

Same here I am going to E38 this year in my Octavia, as well as Trax and would love it if there was a club stand. I don't want to go with another club with people i hardly know and I hate parking in general visitors.

I'd love to be able to go to more car shows where you can participate in club stands, so it would be nice to see a few more Brisky ones popping up

We've done Trax before as a club. E38 always tends to clash, on the same weekend doesn't it? Which is annoying as I'd quite like to go, especially if there were a Brisky stand.

Well I might look into organising it? Modded nats. Fast show.

The average age for the site used to be a fair bit higher than it is now so show representation was limited to things like Inters and national days. Still now all the chavs are here with their Fabia vRS's we should be ok at mod nationals and the likes

I have organised stuff before, lots of times, but due to lack of interest I only really stick to the Castle Combe shows, twice yearly. TRAX this year is probably a go-er if I can find out and sort stuff out with Skoda UK who are rumoured to be showing there this year due to a 100 year motorsport anniversary. Despite chasing, still not heard from anyone in Skoda P.R department.

Have to agree with Ross and Jason. lack of interest/money and possible family life is the main reason why there is not more briskie events.

i would be up for doing a proper show with proper stands, went up to donnington to the max power weekend watched the edc (europian drifting comp) really good saw some of the stands put on there, would of been good to be a part of it.

Yeah, probably because the average age of posters on here is higher than your average VW or Audi forum.

If people were to look at the track day action / Shows / SW meets sections, they would see me trying to organise the Castle Combe Spring Action Day 2011 again!

I go to Inters every year and would love it if we could get a stand together. I also camp at a small campsite about 4 miles away to keep away from the chavscum that the official campsite tends to attract.

Its a big pain for myself as everything is down south. I can imagine it being the same with the guys from sout coast. All good for the weekends away.

I think we should aim to get a stand togetheer at inters as I would be more than happy to help out arranging things and stuff

Count me in too! I'm already going to UD, E38 and Inters this year without fail, I've been going to VW shows for over 12 years now, it's part of my religion.
