Zunsport Grilles - how they're made

 

Now, they don't list one for the Yeti on their website (yet) but if anyone's in the Cannock area and they are willing to let their car be used as a development a guinea pig, Zunsport may well be interested!

They are OEM suppliers to Peugeot, Jaguar etc, so the finished product may not be cheap, but it'll certainly appears be made to a very high standard.

Not sure if anyone has tried using the Heko rad covers carefully modified with a few neatly drilled holes to aid airflow. Sorry if this has already been suggested and dismissed. I suppose the disadvantage would be cost.

I don't suppose you mean the MDF ones?

Fred I guess if they are mdf then it probably would not work, but I assumed they were some sort of plastic, but thanks for letting me know
