New strut and lowering spring.

Featured Replies

My AP coilovers have died so I am going back to a standard strut/damper and lowering spring as I haven't really got the budget for some good quality coilies.

I have some Koni STRT kit on the way and I have bought new mounting hardware too as I'm hoping I can fit and forget for a few years.

Question I need answering before I put it all together and offer it up to the car is: will it all fit in as a complete unit? - strut, spring, bearing and top mount all fastened together or will I have to mount the strut and then start with the spring compressors etc?

I cant seem to find threads in technical guides relating to this anymore - maybe its this backup system we're using at the moment?

Cheers.
