to affix an avatar to your profile, go to profile whilst in the forums and scroll down to the bottom. there you will find that you can get an avatar from the gallery or upload one of your own. its very straightforward, but the only thing is you need to be sure that the picture is less than 6k in size and max. 80x80 pixels.

i got my pic. from some skoda promotional literature and used a small program called irfan view ( picture viewer/editor) to resize it.

give me a shout if thats not clear or send me a pic that you'd like as your avatar and i'll attach it for you.

oh and about the alconbury pictures, they don't work for me either but maybe they're to be uploaded from today's alconbury meet that colin, ian and the seat lot are at.

I'll try and add some pics, the alconbury folder was created in case I could load some during the day live from the event...

I'm a bit mashed at the moment (5am depart, 21:00 home.)
