Hey folks, I'm in the process of buying a fabia vrs, a mate of mine has had an octy vrs for a few years and i've always been very impressed with it. I come from an engineering background and own and run a classic car restoration and race preparation firm in sunny devon, nothing to glamourous, it's only a small outfit ! anyway i've always been into vw's, i've had countless mk1 and mk2 golfs, a tuned mk2 caddy van and more recently a mk3 ibiza cupra running a proven 248bhp ! i've got a mk1 caddy pickup that's a long term personal project and am after a fabia as a daily driver that I can play with a little. I've already read some very interesting and useful threads on here so I have an idea of the direction I want to head in. Anyway I'll stop rambling, I'll update on the purchase of a fabia and I look forward to being an active part of the forum, thanks for reading, Lloyd

well i've bought one.....it's red....and totally standard for not, just the way i like to buy a car
