Mazda RX7

Featured Replies

Whilst at a Mazda specialist having the clutch checked on SWMBOs car I spied an RX7 for sale....twin turbo rebuilt, split 18'' rims, 42k with a year on engine still to go.

I was seriously thinking of getting an RX 8. They're stunning in the metal and you'd never get tired of showing off those back doors.

Couldn't get Mrs Dave's wheelchair in't back though. the boot was big enough to take the chair, but the aperture was far too narrow.

Top car though.

I would much prefer an RX7 to an RX8. The 8 has got old and filled out a bit too much. :D

Wait for the Mazdaspeed RX-8 turbo ;)

Oddly enuff its a little tricky to get new RX-8's at the moment as the factory burnt down this week...opps.

Wait for the Mazdaspeed RX-8 turbo ;)

Have you got any pics or specs, Ross?

Its availalbe in Austrailia at the moment. Built after production by Mazdaspeed. 326 bhp and looks good. I'll get some stuff on it.

May well make UK appearance, the Mazda 6 MPS is also out soon.

Ross, that 6 MPS looks to have some very serious tuning potential as from what I can make out, its almost de-tuned ?! Stick a Mazda 6 TS2 badge on the back and have hours of fun losing people around MK ;)

Just stopping at ever petrol station to refill, the std 2.3 is a night mare on fuel, god knows what that monster is going to be like..lol.

One of the guys here has an RX7 import, it was the factory that produces the Demio and rx8.

Steve

the RX7's were seriously quick in turbo form and looked absolutely gorgeous to me... but then I'm somewhat biased! I think they were built at Hiroshima alongside the MX-5

If they do an MPS 6 as an estate it would make an interesting comparison to the Octy 4x4!

Salon doing well is it Adrian? ;)
