WARNING CAI EBAY KITS

Featured Replies

This might surprize a few who just bought CAI kits of ebay, Just spoke with R-Tech about mapping my car he asked where I got mine from ?he said NOT to buy the ones off ebay as the metal pipe flakes on the inside and screws your turbo :'( So beware doesn't pay to cut corners...

hmm i've had mine on for almost 2 years without any issues, i changed the filter tho to a Jetex

Good choice

Maybe the cheaper ones does have a coating or something that flakes, but if its an aluminum pipe it should not flake, no?
