cheers dan,ive jut changed the temperature sensor is i have a boost problem and gauge works now and again so may need the code clearing etc

No worries. Im on holiday next week but can do one evening after that.

Welcome to Briskoda Phil. You may be driving my father in law's old vRS! He loved it to bits, but traded it in when the MkII vRS was released. Good to see more islanders on here (although I've gone to the dark side and live on the mainland). IOW Briskoda meet anyone?!

Isle of Wight meet would be awesome.

Keep your eyes out for other island Skoda's then Dan, and direct them to Briskoda! Out of interest, what type of VAGCOM do you have?

Full version iirc. We need some Briskoda flyers!

Full version iirc.

Cool, might have to ask you for a few tweaks in return for a few beer tokens. ;)

We need some Briskoda flyers!

Yeah, and throw them everywhere, as judging by last nights news at 10, IOW council won't have anyone to enforce any littering tickets. :D

The Isle of Wight Council are a joke :thumbdown: Let me know when you want a scan. Im guessing the lead I have works on mk2's?

I'm not sure to be honest, if it's a Hex Can then it will...I think!

My friend has a red octavia vrs that o can get to join up aswell.

I got my vrs off a friend who's now got a company car and no longer wonted it,I got a proper bargan with mine, only the usual problems like key fob eats batteries, temp sensor was knackered, rear washer jet doesn't work and got a boost problem but hopefully dan can see what's up with his vag com.

Isle of wight meet would be brilliant,

Well that's another 2 in. I remember that I used to see a Octy MKI Wrc with the full rally livery bombing around the island. Looked great, I had a look around it once when it was parked up at Hartwells in Carisbrooke. Anyone still see him about?

There is a WRC which travels between Newport and Ryde a lot. Its looking quite faded now though.
