I'm looking to retro-fit a set of roof rails (the OEM hearse style jobs) to my 2001 combi is this possible?

Anything I should know before I start?

Should be possible, I did it on SWMBO's Fabia Estate. The mounting holes should already be there under the black trims that run the length of the roof. You will probably need to replace these too as the may be different from the non-roof rail version, I had to change them on the Furby.
