Is it a Range Rover or Transit

Saw this plank on the M25 today. When a stripe is a little bit too big:

How to make a ugly car uglier. Well played emoticon-0143-smirk.gif

To be fair, that's not a proper Range Rover, it's a Sport.

Which kind of explains the dubious taste of the owner.

Clearly fotochopped; there is never that little traffic on the M25! ;)

I seem to remember anoying a few people on the Range Rover forum with a commnent like that.

Although it sounds rather snobby, it was more provoke a reaction. ;)

I even commented on the Autoexpress website saying "The Sport is a Discovery in a dress for people that can't afford a proper Range Rover." And it got printed in the weekly mag.

I could never have made a comment like that about the RRS; I neither know nor care that much about it! ;)

Before I became an enlightened Skoda Owner I had a two year old "Full Fat" Range Rover.

But our Yeti was more sensible/practical for family use/parking/fitting in the garage so I sold it and now drive a Fabia Greenline II as well as the Yeti. B)

RRS choice of drugdealers nationwide..

The windscreen on the Sport has a deep band of black at the bottom to cover up the rear of the dashboard.

Indeed - another point to annoy them with! :D

Most haven't even noticed/realised.

Yes, that's because they raised the dash up to make it feel more cramped like a car, as opposed to a proper Range Rover, which has lots of space.

Then noticed you could see down the back of the dash from outside and had to do a quick bodge. :D Not bad for a 45k car. :o

Wonder what premiership football club the driver plays for........ I could make other sweeping assumptions, but would end up offending people :giggle:

It's unfair to mock the disabled like that, even if the disability is a sprained haircut! :p
