I'm finding it quite hard to decide.  This car, in the middle, is an XJ8 that was previously owned by the late Ronnie Corbett.  It's now owned by a friend's son who uses it in his Rust2Rome old car rally company

The XJ has been a timeless masterpiece in design. Possibly the most beautifully proportioned and styled saloon of all time (imho of course)

I agree, it won the best luxury car award and the best looking car award for many years.

I spent my formative years watching Minder,  so it was inevitable I'd want an XJ😁

And I couldn't afford a Ford Capri!

This mornings sunrise was considerably better than the sunset!

Many thanks  - food for thought 👍

I previously had a few DSLR's,  but then migrated to Lumix Bridge cameras (currently FZ1000) and Lumix compacts (TZ70 & TZ100 currently) but am hankering after another DSLR.

Thank you 😊

I started my SLR journey with a Zenit, before moving to Praktica and then an Olympus.

I remember the Zenit was fully manual and hugely noisy in operation.

My first DSLR was a Nikon D50, for which I paid a friend £40!

I then had a Sony A200 and lastly a Nikon D90.

The descending mist and sunset were a lovely combination earlier (taken with Samsung Galaxy S23)
