how can i do it and which stuff oil i have to use to my car and how many liter it needs , and this is easy way to do it by my self or needs garage

but im not trust other hands in my car ;

thanks

It's easy to do.

Firstly, check that you can get the speedo drive out of the top of the gearbox - this is how you refill it. It's held in by a 9mm headed bolt, which you can remove and then pull the entire housing out, complete with speedo drive gear. Be careful that it doesn't fall out and drop into the gearbox (can happen if it's broken).

Then drain the oil. It's a 19mm head bolt, on the underside of the gearbox, on the short driveshaft side. It's about 2.5 litres of oil which drains out, and it will take a few minutes to do.

Then refit the drain bolt, and refill the gearbox. You will need a long funnel to do it. I think the recommended oil is 75W90, but I've used 80W90 in most of mine without problems. I think it's 2.2 litres, but I'm sure someone has exact info.

thanks for that ,for how many k m this oil must be ?

it's roughly 2.5L from dry, there is no recommended change interval on them, it's pretty much whenever you have to change the clutch you change the oil at the same time

can i change only the oil for now ? because im not ready to change the clutch yet , i just hear voice like zzzzzzzzzzzz when i push petrol to before the last a little , and if i catch the clutch this voice disappear . i just think needs new oil , may be im wrong ?

How much of that old oil remains trapped inside gearbox when draining it?

I would like to have it all out so it does not contaminate my new oil.

Not very much. I wouldn't worry about it - leave it draining for 10 minutes and there will be next to none left in there. Contamination really isn't an issue - any swarf from wear is stuck inside the gearbox on a large magnet which can only be accessed when dismantling the gearbox - and the oil will be fine with the tiny amount that's left in there.

All right then, you have more experience than me on this gearbox and I feel more relieved now.

I was preparing to wash the inside gearbox with 3 liters of gasoline after draining all oil then let it dry for a day in my garage.

Last thing you'd want to do - petrol can attack some seals etc., inside, much worse than a tiny percentage of old oil being present.

You are right. Good point.

Sometimes "too good" is the enemy of "better". (not sure if that sounds correct in English, but we have a Polish proverb saying that over-perfectionist people can mess things sometimes)

If you think the gearbox needs flushing, and you don't want to dismantle it for an overhaul, change the oil, run for about 1600km, and change the oil again. It has pretty much the same effects as a flush, or a strip and clean with no new parts.
