Nice. Always prefered red, even to blue. Get them handles and chrome grille colour coded and youll be on your way ;)

Looks mint! Especially for an 05' plate.

Welcome to the Corida red club :thumbup:

nice motor

Nice. Actually seeing one like this in perfect condition makes me consider turning my wheels and suspension back to standard even more than I already do!

Seen this one on detailing world. Who detailed it for you again?

Nice motor.

Nice looking car. He did miss the exhaust though. ;)

Nice example. Paint's come up well emoticon-0148-yes.gif

Does need a bit of polish on the exhaust though, makes all the difference :)

What's the small sticker on the left of the boot?

Can someone please confirm if colour coded door handles were an option or standard from a certain year?

standard i believe..

They became standard, quite late on though. IIRC it's the MY07 cars, so stuff from a 56-plate onwards should have coded handles as std.

I though so because my 07 plate has them but my 4 year old daughter noticed they were black on older ones.

Cheers.

Red is by far the best colour! Your car looks good, even before the detail

brakes are looking good, now all you need to do is get some bigger wheels and drop it

bigger wheels are next on the agenda, its also going for a few touch ups in the bodyshop beginning of june, also front splitter will hopefully be going on sometime in june

Good colour match on the brakes, What paint did you use??

  • Author

i used hammerite smooth green paint mate

Good choice on head unit too. Got one exactly the same.

What's the 'control: iPod' option do? Override the HU so the iPod can be used as normal? Mine lives in the glovebox and I control it via the HU controls directly so never seen what it does when it's in use.

Cars looking good though - red IS the best colour too. :D
