All wheels are fitted with efficient disc brakes with internal cooling on the front wheels

So uprating the brakes means that you wont get the "internal cooling", or is this just another way of saying, wind hits the brake discs to cool them down?

Its just marketing spiel for vented brakes :)

octy RS have vented rear brakes too

Vented discs do tend to be better than non-vented ones as they will cool off quicker. Suppose it helps reduce fading when worked hard, as long as you get back up to speed between braking sessions

That just means the front discs are vented. This is my interpretation away.

As long as the uprated brakes are vented or grooved they will still disipate the heat.

erm 99% of all front brakes are vented these days its nowt special just makes them harder to warp in normal use
