If I leave the skoda fabia (comfort 2001 16v)standing for a couple of weeks (hand brake off)the brakes bind for a second while moving the car . I have had all the brakes cleaned and greased but problem still persists. Any ideas anybody?

Slight film of rust on the front disks will cause this.
