What Pads are people running in there 312's Upgrades

I'm using standard pads and they are hopeless, fade after 2-3 hard brakes, won't be using them again

I use genuine audi pads and discs and they are perfectly fine never had fade at all.

Yes, wonder whether that's more likely to be a fluid issue, than disc/pad related?
