sadly it doesnt any more!! no our beloved goverment saw to that when we were sold down the river on our fishing rights , as an interesting aside no one in grimsby used to buy a green car ,it was unlucky as it was the colour of the sea ( fishermen in those days were mega superstitious) but yes the gleaming scuds are all there gleaming away i know cos i pass em every day on my way to work!!
