vag coms results

Featured Replies

after having a vag com scan done in the week on my car im going to start looking into the issues it came up with.

wondering if anyone can shed some light on any?

17705 - Pressure Drop between Turbo and Throttle Valve (check D.V.!)

P1297 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

i have changed the vacum pipe under the intake manifold

i have changed the crank breather pipe as both of these were split.

i have gone over all the hoses this evening and they are all in place and not split.

now thinking Dump valve, n75 or maf sensor.

this code is probably thrown up by the boost problems i have

Planning on doing a n249 bypass soon and throttle body clean.

01274 - Air Flow Flap Positioning Motor (V71)

37-00 - Faulty

not sure about this one

00930 - Locking Module for Central Locking: Rear Left (F222)

27-10 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent

this one i think is causing my battery drain in the key fob.

i havent read up on this one as yet

has anyone got any advise on any of the error codes?

This in in the fan blower assembly behind the glove box..... Mine keeps moving, although I have not yet scanned it for faults - might do that tomorrow I am expecting to see that code.

I can't see why any part of your car should cause the battery in the keyfob to drain. I would imagine the keyfob is faulty, or you have some horrible cheap batteries in it. Or somehow you keep pressing the buttons (when out of range of the car). For that fault, check the loom into the rear nearside door as a starting point at the hinge area, one of the wires may be broken / shorting to earth / etc.

Yes there is a chance it is a key fob issue but the question was raised at work and I thought it might be a option but thinking about it since I can't see it.

When it says left hand side does that mean drivers side or passengers side?

left = nearside (uk) = passenger side

I believe the same rules apply on the IoW :giggle:

I though the webbing of feet was unique to Portland (land of the inbreds :o)...... maybe some of the Portlanders have escape to the IoW and started breeding there. God save the world! :D :D
