I'm on a nightshift break and have decided to see if there's any interest in my car. My work PC doesn't have access to my pictures, but I'll update this post as soon as possible with a few shots of it.

August 2008 (08) TFSi Octavia Estate in Race Blue

Mileage is 14,950

In excellent condition. No car park dings or paint correction etc. Detailer owned, so superbly maintained.

Options extra when new - Full vRS Leather retrim (this I found out as a dealer accessory through a kindly Briskoda member, before it was available as an option on the facelifted model!)

Rear electric windows, cool box & aux socket

Rear curtain airbags

Silver Rails

Sunset glass

Skoda mats front & rear

I'll include a Skoda rear load liner and a set of roof bars which have been used once. I'll also include a new oil filter and six 1L bottles of the recommended Castrol oil, which retails at £16.99 a bottle from Halfords.

I also prepaid my servicing schedule, so although it has very low mileage it has already been serviced twice at Victoria Garage in Maud, the latest on July 1st this year. It is still on original rear tyres, with the fronts having been replaced only a few weeks ago.

A car dealer friend informs me that with it's condition & low mileage a sensible price to ask would be £10,995 ono - I've already been offered the best part of £11,000 as a trade in already, so that seems a fair price. I'd like to think this is as good an example as you'd manage to find out there and I'd hope it sold to a member on here who'll continue to look after it as it should be. I'll listen to offers and may consider a part exchange?

I'm hoping to take some pics of a freshly prepared car this weekend if all goes to plan. Mileage is now 14,100 after my travels and it has new front tyres too - am asking £12,600 for it, which I think is value for such a mint car with a rare spec including the leather. My apologies for the delay - just back from holidays!

I'm in Orkney, just off the North coast of Scotland, although distance isn't really an issue for me, as I bought it in London and am not afraid of travel! Just been down your way (not with the car) as I was on the Isle of Wight. I now have some photos if you're interested? It's just been in Aberdeenshire for a service on Friday 1st and has new front tyres as well. Mileage currently 14,500 approx.

Bumpity bump! I've reduced the price to £11,995 - top book is £12,600 and bottom book is £11,300 so I think that represents a very good deal. You'll see I've now included 6 months road tax and will also cover the first MOT as well. Many thanks.

Yeah I take your point about location - we often have to travel for our cars, so forget you guys can afford not to! I'd challenge anyone to pick one up in this spec & condition for £10.5k, let alone 9? You'd be looking at £12.5 - 13k at a dealer surely?

It does look a great car, and very well specced and obviously looked after...

But in most peoples eyes it's an 08 car, in a distant location and a petrol turbo. Times are hard fella :(

I bought the car in London, so was no problem for me! I wouldn't expect anyone to come up here to see it - if pics & video were good enough then deal could be finalised nearer home for buyer to ensure car was exactly as viewed. Surely that would work?
