A1, I will be running about half an hour behing schedule, got to do a driving lesson 8-9, and should take me just over 3 hours, so should be ther about 12:30!

Thanks to everyone that made it, even the weather was kind to us.

Dave and Chris made an impressive effort with the distance covered.

After the ice-cream parlour I popped over to my mum's for tea and cakes, yum yum.

Had a little tweak of the carb' on the combi, which seems to have cured the hot stalling.

Swapped cars at home for a trip to a gig, yes I inevitably tried to set off in 5th.

Speedo needle seems to climb higher (and faster) in the modern car too ....

Another vote of thanks to Darren glad I could make it for the icecream this time :love:
