Mine are being re-refurbed tomorrow as the paint seems to be a very thin coat and you can see the primer coming through. Not good

Oh dear Harry, very poor finish Harry, were they supposed to be powder coated :S And as previously stated you can get wheel nut caps in anthracite from your dealer

Standard bolt covers = 1Z0 601 173 Z37

Locking bolt covers = 1Z0 601 173 A Z37 57 pence each

Basically all it is is the Matt lacquer has been applied too thick in those places and it's turned White as it has dried, all is being sorted out now
