Vrs 06 plate here and exhaust emission warning light came on today but no noticeable drop in performance. Am 3 hours drive from home visiting relatives so anyone know if it's likely need to get to a garage on Saturday or ok to drive home. Thanks

Depends what's wrong (code scan needed), if it's a turbo issue could be expensive if pushed.

Ok thanks turbo sounds ok may be able to get skoda garage locally here to diagnose it before deciding whether to risk the journey home

Could even be faulty glow plugs, mine was.

You need to find what the diag code is thats the only sure way to tell if its OK or not to drive it.

This happened to mine when the air pipe from the intercooler started sucking air - was barely noticeable at first and it took me ages to find the problem. Might be something as simple as this.
