What the hell is going on?

Really can't understand this. Yours was ordered at the start of April (week 13) and you have a build week 23.

My build week is 26 and still not confirmed YETwe ordered our Skoda Fabia SE hatch, 1.2 TSI (105) with DSG on 21st February (week 9).

My options are about a lot less than yours (I didn't order the Sat Nav, Climate Control, Heated Seats, Curtain Airbags or Rear Electric Windows) so should be much easier to meet.

From what you say, the 1.2TSI(105) engines are not delaying the Monte Carlo and I know the DSG gearboxes are not delaying the vRS's so why is my 1.2TSI + DSG (and lots of others) taking so long?

I wish I was a fly on the wall at SLOWDA to find out why they are buggering us about so much.

Here here bri. I ordered my vrs on the 7th of feb (15 weeks as of tomorrow) and my dealer still hasn't got a build date for me yet you would have thought that it would be first come first served policy

Spoke to my dealer yesterday, ordered my vrs on 15/1/11 and have had several build dates wk 12 and wk 18.

Dealer seems to think that these were just to keep me happy (?) as the UK got allocated 500 VRS last year and were all sold before xmas, so we have been waiting until the new model year and I now have a build week of 24 so it seems the new years allocation are coming.

seemingly, black pack and different radio aeriel but right now id take any. it'd just be nice to own one

I know me and Ad Lav ordered at the same time too. Within a few days of each other and both of our cars are being built today. Theres a couple of others who ordered end of march/very start of april and are getting them this week/next. Fingers crossed for you, mate!

Same spec here Lee we are having the Estate though. Ordered ours (my partners) late January and currently have an unconfirmed BD of Wk28. The original estimated BD was Wk21.

So retiredbri - seems "What's going on" is you're getting your car quicker than at least two on here
