Problems with False Alarm Lights on Superb 2

Featured Replies

Hi

I have a 09 MK2 Superb Greenline with 40K Klm`s from new and I was wodering has anyone encountered the following problems on the their Cars.

1. After about a year I was started to get intermitten false alarm lights and MFD messages stating the Left Rear tail light bulb was faulty, after several failed Dealer software updates the problem was eventually rectified with a Loom change. A similar intermitten problem is now re-occuring showing a faulty rear right and/or front left dipped beam bulp problem at the same or different time intervills.

3.As my model is a Greenline 5 Speed it has a fuel managment alarm system I have found at times when I would be travelling around the 90-100Klm`s/Hr the System would indicate for me to change down to 4th, if I slowed down and did this it would immediatly indicate to change down to 3rd.

3.At times the steering wheel Trip 1 and 2 reset button will not work.

Given the type of problems I am encountering does anyone think it could be CPU Problem.

Thanks
