Hi guys,

I want to remove the front seats from the vrs so I can give the carpet a good cleaning.

Whats involved in removing the seats, theres no chance of triggering any seat belt pretenioners is there?

Oops forgot to say mk1 vRS

remove small gromits from the 4 Runner covers in the back (one per cover)

Hex Key iirc remove the screws

take off the covers carefully as they are flimsy

10mm iirc wratchet on the 2 nuts(per seat) in the center of the front seats in the front foot well

then slide the seat back slightly and tilt it back to chack for any connections under them. Drivers deff has on

then remove thru front door iirc. replace in the reverse mate, easy as eating chips lol

ps dont tighten the cover screws too much as they have a tendancy to flatten plastic and soon as someone touches it it will brake off. Experience talkin there mate.
