I think it's the lack of non-return valves. There's no delay on the pump, but after you use the washers the water slowly goes back down the tube into the washer bottle. The 2 seconds is the time it takes to pump it back from the bottle to the nozzles.

It just unscrews after you unlock it.

I swear mine doesn't. There's a knack to it I've yet to learn

the worst thing?

having to wait until Friday to pick mine up

For me definitely lack of rear courtesy light. A much bigger deal in the estate. That you have to spec the sunroof to get one (and thats not mentioned anywhere in Skoda's brochures) is pretty terrible.

I was hoping to get a sunroof, but this fact made my mind up. It does my head in when the little one cant find his belt locking point! Easy when you can turn the light on! I can just imagine trying to put/install a baby seat with no lights too. can agree it would be annoying, especially... not even knowing either. In a cheap 3 door hatch, maybe but in a 17k car... a bad omission IMO.

The worst thing about my Fabia is that I have to wait until 5PM to drive it again :D

Yep its pretty poo. Our 12K Polo Match had a rear courtesy light. It's a bit backwards not to have one considering its got ESP, XDS, HHC, TPM, 6 airbags and pretty much every other bloody safety feature going as standard!

Fortunately our kiddy seat is Isofix which should ease the burden. I suppose another plus is there will be no lights dazzling the baby at night when its asleep and we're getting it out of the car. It's not like you cant see a thing but would be nice to have just a little more light :-)

Cheers for that! Nice to know.
