Porsche calipers

Featured Replies

Hi basically iv read somwhere that the rear calipers work on a fabia? Is this right? If so what porsche wasit? Iv been told about a porsche breaking and parts going cheap but wondered the ins and outs of this? Sorry cant use search function on my phone

you'll need porsche adapters to make them fit theres a few companies do them i've seen them on ebay

They are crap... Piston size is too small to be used on the front of a a car! Hence why they are rear calipers

Better off with brembo gt kit off the leon cupra r

Is the fronts off a older porsche not compatible?

Out of interest, what is the piston size? For comparison, think on the Polo/Lupo GTi/** G60 it's 54mm.

I read it over on uk mkiv's

They may suffice on a smaller hatch but on a 1.3 tonne derv there underpowered!!

Someone did a calculationand the surface area of the piston worked out less than a standard 288mm caliper lol

Good point, never thought of the weight side of it all.
