Pulling

Featured Replies

My 2006 vrs is pulling to the left, it's been tracked, which made no difference. The drivers side front tyre has heavier wear on the outside edge than the rest of the tyre, or the other wheel.

Any ideas on what I should do next? The pulling isnt extreme, but the uneven wear on one tyre only is a concern. I'm about to put new bridgestone ER300's and don't wanna rip them up.

as far as i'm aware all fabias pull to the left slighlty ino mine does as well

Have you had a look at the console bushes?

Yup console bushes and fabia trait

Replace them with seat cupra R bushes or powerflex.

as said the fabia is known to pull to the left, if you have had any suspension adjustments (lowered) then you might want to think about a 4 wheel alignment check. tracking will only sort out basic problems, mine needs 4 wheel alignment doing sharpish :(

I got my alignment done about four months ago, the car has been lowered since then and still pull to the left, I have a knock from left so suspect console bushes to be affecting it, my only concern about getting aligned again is that it was done on some fancy machine with I Dunno how many cameras and the computer gave a list of chassis ie. RS, I'm just wondering if that will affect the alignment since it isn't really the same chassis anymore or will it still be set straight?

Ps. There isn't any adjustment at the rear
