What a great day out, despite having to change karts several times due to various failures including a puncture we managed to finish in 8th place out of 15. not a bad result

When Manny posts the results, we were team "Upmarket VW"

A good day out was had by all. Twin enginekarts are good fun. One of the failures Manny mentioned was whilst I was driving - chain popped off one of my engines, and I ended up with a 1 wheel drive kart - FUN!

The finishing sheet is shown below, you will see although we finished 8th we had the 2nd fastest lap of all the teams, all due to fab16v. In the pics, we are using Kart Number 8

I agree that a good day was had by all. Great fun and very hot! Think the 8th is a respectable finish for us considering the numerous kart changes! :p
