Our Yeti has arrived and I was due to pick it up on Saturday morning.

Spotted it as I drove past the dealer's forecourt

Still to be taxed, PDI'd and payed for, but so far it is i) the right colour, ii) looking like the right spec and iii) looking good (although the white is a bit of an eye-opener - SWMBO's choice)

Thanks to Skoda for free 7 day insurance, it should be taxed tomorrow

Can't wait till Saturday :p

Looking good Hector, patience has paid off at last!:) Enjoy

Thanks - that'll have been 187 days from official order (190 from me saying yes).

No white protective film on the car, but it may have been removed in the process of adding the number plates (maybe it's still on  ). Looking through the drivers door there does seem to be a sign of heated seats on the paperwork and the read badge is a red TDI.

It's got that stupid gap between rear seats and parcel shelf :dull:

White is definitely the 'coolest' colour for a yeti imo. Looks great B)

Surely there's only a gap due to the rear seats having been moved forward?

Tibetan White CR170? Class. Welcome to the clan... ;)

Looks the part...I'll be picking my Candy White SE up next month.

The SM does look great in White. Glad I chose it. No regrets 6 months on. It still stands out in a crowd.

Must agree Candy White looks great, love mine.

Yes, love my Muscavado/Gobi combination but wish I'd had the nerve to go with white!

Fridge :p

Few cars look good in white. The Yeti and in my opinion, the Peugeot 205 GTi are the few but notable exceptions

yep - another vote for white. The car just looks stunning in white, and if i had my time again, or if I should order another Yeti (quite possible - listen up Sinclair Skoda and sharpen that pencil) then I will have the resolve to go for it!

And that's with or without the protective vinyl cover!!

And I do agree with one of the above - white is very definitely the "in" colour, overtaking silver so far as I can see, in terms of new car appearances on the road..... (might go for deep sea blue next time!!)

Nearly went for the Muscavado and did ponder the Gobi interior. Red was in the running, silver/ grey to be safe, but bit the bullet and went for the White.

Must admit I have only seen one other White on the road.

Congratulations!

Don't forget to add yourself to the Yeti Owners Map (see sig)

well done on completing the long wait.

now you can enjoy the pleasure of driving it.

white is a very good colour for the yeti but i went for the muscovado as i'd rather spend time driving than cleaning it

I'd add Fiat 500 to the list. Neighbour has one, colour suits the car very well.

And the MiTo, I'd say.

The Hillman Super Imp looked good in white too

Please explain the meaning of 'cleaning'. I can't find it in my dictionary or vocabulary.......emoticon-0140-rofl.gif

Clean - n act or process of cleaning.

But I need to be shown how to do it

I'm going to have to clean the front of mine.

I hit a rabbit on the way to work this morning and the front bumper now has blood and fur stuck to it!

Did she enjoy her breakfast!

I don't think it got time to eat it!
