ok sorry about that

No problems. We all live and learn. :)

Hi and welcome!

Do a search on the site there's plenty of info regarding your questions. In the meantime here's my take on them:

1) I guess so.

2) fairly easy as the holes are already on the strut turrets.

3) not seen any induction kits per se but you can fit the Seat Ibiza intake piep which gives good gains. Again fairyl easy fitment.

4) Easy enough but you have to get a wiring adapter and facia adapter plate.

5) Yes....meet at The Leather Bottle near Basingatoke off A33 in 22/03/05.

Welcome Jason

Not too sure about a boost guage. No one's fitted one on briskoda afaik

Strut brace, yes. A seat sport / Momo one fits straight on. Get one from your local Seat dealer for an ibiza. About

I fitted a boost gauge to mine a while ago. However, the gauge was outside the cockpit, so it wasn't much use...

In theory, it should be quite easy (and here's where I failed). The electrics etc. aren't a problem. I build a wiring harness which plugged into the HU ISO block (so no permanent mods were necessary). The problem was getting the boost tube in from the engine.

My plan was to feed the tube down the passenger side, in between the end of the dash and the bulkhead. If you look in the corner of the engine bay, passenger side, there're two rubber grommets which look like they go behind the dash. You'll need to push a wire coat hanger (untwisted, of course) through here with the boost tubing taped to it (or some string). You'll also need to take the glovebox out, peel back the soundproofing and lining inside the cockpit. The coat hanger should eventually peep out from where you've pushed it. After this, it's a simple matter of routing the boost tube to wherever you want to mount the gauge (under the HU, for example).
