Might seem a daft question but how do you switch the radio off when using other functions eg. NAV?

Just turn the volume down. If you are on 'media' it will pause where it's at if volume is fully off. My last Audi had a mute button but on later Columbus units it is used for voice control.

When in Nav, turn the sound right down and the source indicator will change to a speaker with a line through it. You'll still get the navigation guidance audio whilst the other audio is muted.

I have a "phone" button. This mutes the radio and pauses any CD/DVD/MP3. But Nav instructions still come through.
