Yeah, two months of grime from being sat around! :(

Had to clay the roof as there was some proper sticky grime that was not coming off with washing alone.

I wouldn't have gone this year anyway - I sold my tickets a couple of months ago when I realised a mate's wedding was on the same weekend. Aiming for 2012 though.

This mainly. Happened on a trackday. Clean (well not clean...) break of the custom tubular manifold where the turbo is mounted.

Then a knackered clutch - 600lb/ft at the wheels my arse!

Then an 02M swap to longer ratio box, swapping the diff over

Then fitted new clutch which took 6 hours and car wouldn't start, found out they sent an octavia flywheel which was 2mm wider, enough to push the pressure plate against the inside of the gearbox casing! Not happy. Had to strip down and rebuild again with right flywheel! :(

ohh a lot off work matey did u do it all your self am in the same sort off project with mine 1.4 mpi 8v all striped down and rebuildin and cleaning as i go will be puttin a new thread on soon with pics
