Glad to hear it's fixed.

At least the car can be used when there is a sensor fault.

Just back from the dealers and it appears to be fixed. Apparently there's a relayor switch under the drivers seat which detects battery voltage and is part of the system which prevents the stop start working, and the connections where not very well done. These have now been repaired and the system works.
