Goodbye my fabia

Featured Replies

Well, it has come.

The day I have to part with my little Fabia is coming, tomorrow. I shall miss the little guy as he was my first car and has gave me no troubles at all that couldn't be fixed with a few spanners.

I am moving on up to a Mk2 vRS so sticking with the Skoda family but I shall always have fond memories of bragging that it was the 1.2 12v 64hp version, not the rubbish 54hp!

Oh I love the 1.2 3cly beast! I used to have the same engine in my Ibiza :)

Hope you enjoy moving up to the vRS Mk2 :D if you ever need any bits for it by all means let us know :D

Looks like you've got yourself a very good upgrade there

Welcome to the world of overtaking without a weeks prior notice :D

Make sure you carry a litre of oil in the Mk2 at all times. Some of them are drinking oil for the first few thousand miles.

A litre may not be enough going by some posts lol

He's about to play with 180bhp instead of 64bhp!

Don't think he'll mind carrying a bit if oil around.

He got the extra 116bhp to handle the weight. ;) lol.
