New To Skoda

Featured Replies

Aright Guys,

I'm new to Skoda. Had a couple of MK3 Golfs and was getting fed up trying to find the perfect MK3 Golf Anniversary so ended up buying a Fabia VRS 53 plate and I'm loving it!!

Got heaps of plans for it but in the mean time heres the first pictures.

Well I finally got round to giving the car it's first clean.

It's still no where near 100% but it's ok for just now.

De-badged the fabia and VRS badge and replaced the skoda badge with a cool VRS badge but I don't know if I like it or not?!?!?

Put the centre caps on and really like them! Didn't put the VW bolt covers on because I don't have locking wheel nuts so 4 of the covers don't fit!!!! Need to get a set ASAP!

Well I'm bit in a good mood today!! I put the new badge on the keyfob and it wouldnt stay on and that was with super glue!!! So I took it into work and used the glue gun and that made it stay on but it wasn't flush it was really high because on the glue so ripped it off and gonna try something else using the same badge (I have 2 spares)

Next thing was even more annoying!!! I spoke about not putting the VW bolt covers on because I didn't have a locking wheel nut set. Well I bought a set today and the bolt cover doesn't fit on it properly!!!!!

£36 down the drain!! I was ragin and ended up lining the bolt cover with blue tac so it would stay in place. Looks alright I suppose but I'm a perfectionist and it's gonna bug me! Plus need to change those centre caps as the scabby skoda one behind it is visible.

Gonna be starting up my own car detailing business and this is the logo I've designed. The M is for mike and the R is for Rob(me)
