An now attached is picture of side view of my L&K estate with max legal tint on all side windows.

The guy that did it for me wanted to do graduated tint, getting darker towards rear, but I personally prefer an even tint on all the side glass.

Looking good...

, isn't the max legal a subjective issue, i.e. a copper with a bad hangover could do you or make life hard if he felt it was to dark?

I suspect not given our excellent legal system and ability to focus on important issues that effect the countrys future.

Some police forces have a lightmeter (or whatever the technical name is) specifically to measure the light transmission of the glass.

Yes, Denis is correct. The maximum allowed tint on modern cars is 33% on the driver & passenger windows and can be anything on all other windows. The front window may not be subject to tinting at all.

Q.

it used to be 35% its now 70% on the front side windows..

be warned...

mg's are failing the lancs machine in factory spec!

just tell them you play golf withthe chief constable...

Been thinking about having the windows tinted would look better than the Pooh Bear sun blinds :( ' date=' but not sure weather it would look to much like the estates coming to the morgue here at work

b. when someone votes in an historic poll it inserts a gremlin into the system which leads to a chain reaction of current reply posts
